Victoria is a dedicated and skilled Human Resource Professional with more than 20 years’ experience managing and supporting daily HR, operational, and administrative functions. She has both strategic and hands‐on experience for entrepreneurial, high‐growth start-ups and small/mid-size companies. She is adept at developing and overseeing administrative processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy/efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives. And most of all?
